At Craft 4 Sanity Designs, LLC, we take great care in packaging and shipping your custom epoxy and resin creations. Please review our shipping policy to understand our process and estimated delivery times.
1. Processing Time
- Custom Orders: Since each piece is handcrafted, processing time varies based on the complexity of the project. Most custom orders take 2-4 weeks to complete before shipping.
- Ready-Made Items: Orders of in-stock, non-custom items are processed within 3-5 business days.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Delivery times vary based on location:
- Standard Shipping (5-10 business days) – Available for most orders.
- Expedited Shipping (2-4 business days) – Available at an additional cost.
3. Shipping Rates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
- Local delivery or pickup may be available for customers in Hernando Beach, Spring Hill, Pinellas County, and surrounding areas.
4. Damaged or Lost Packages
We take extra precautions to ensure safe delivery, but if your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and item.
- We will work with the carrier to file a claim and offer a resolution.
If your package is lost in transit, please notify us so we can assist in locating it with the carrier.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package’s progress.
